For quick scores, Flashscore hockey is easy to scan when there are many games. Sofascore hockey gives me a nicer match page when I want pressure and team flow. For NHL games, I still check the NHL scores page because official box scores can catch details that quick pages miss.
For price movement, I compare a couple of market views instead of trusting one page. OddsPortal hockey is useful for broad movement, and BetExplorer hockey is fine for a quick second look at older meetings. I do not need ten tabs open, just enough to see if one source is acting weird.
The main thing I watch is timing. If a price shifts before confirmed goalie news, I wait. If it shifts during a power-play run, I check whether the score page is lagging. It is not fancy, but it keeps me from overreacting when the screen gets noisy.
